tHe Spring blooms in Bintulu

Last Thursday [8 March 2018], NTGravity Zone [associate with Sarawak Bloggers Society] was flown to Bintulu to attend tHe Spring Bintulu unveiling ceremony of key tenants ceremony at ParkCity Everly Hotel.

First, let's start with the coffee, ladies and gentlemen...~☕️😍



It's going to be Bintulu's first and only regional lifestyle shopping mall, tHe Spring Bintulu is set to open it's doors to the shoppers by mid-November with targeted 90% occupancy.

Located at the city centre's sea front premium location, the 245 million project takes up a total retail space of approximately 390K square feet which will be able to accomodate up to 127 retail outlets, featuring international fashion and beauty brands and more dining and entertainment options for the shopper to explore.
Two-storey mall include 1317 parking bays for cars and motorcylces, a sea front esplanade for major events and a food court with 686 seats, boasting a vantage point which offer a panoramic view of South China Sea from the alfresco area.
Over thousand jobs opportunity would be created within the retail industry. The mall is expecting an estimated of 3 millions visitors in the first year and targeted footfall may increase due to the recent international connectivity via flights from Singapore.

  1. Aik, datang Bintulu sik madah-madah haha. Hopefully this mall won't be like other shopping mall in Bintulu, more like a ghost town scenario.
